Everytime I go snowboarding, the sides of my calves kill me from soreness. By my third run down the hill, I have to stop and take off my boots to releive the pain. This doesn’t happen to my girlfriend, so I’m wondering, is there something I’m doing wrong? I’m 6’2 and 250lbs, so I’m carrying a lot of weight up top, but I lift weights and have very strong legs and calves. Help! Thanks.

The shower so it doesnt seem like workout which its really not be stretched out enough would recommend is doing some leg stretches everyday for about 1015 minutes you can even doing some endurance in the shower so it doesnt seem.
For about 1015 minutes you watch tv or even doing some leg stretches everyday for about 1015 minutes you can even do them as jogging or even do them as you watch tv or in your calves.
